A.W. Stahl, a man of many states, has been writing creative sentences competently since around the second or third month of First Grade, and paragraphs not much longer after that. Now pushing 50, he has finally mastered the processes of editing and polishing and publishing (maybe?). Observe the results herein.
Originally from Ohio, where he first learned to write, the man has also resided in five other states, and has moved to three of these twice. He learned many writing things in the many states.
California had the first honor of duplicity, with Florida and Michigan also having “double” status later in life. Single moves to Virginia and Arizona round up the five. Looking to add Puerto Rico eventually for a slightly exotic and perhaps tropical experience. And I heard Hemingway was seen drinking Daiquiris on the beach in Mayagüez this past holiday season, so I need to see for myself.
Presently, the man lives seasonally between the states of Bliss and Despair, where he resides with his cat, Brimstone.
